I entered the brewing industry with an apprenticeship as brewer and maltster at the "Hofbräu Früh" brewery in Cologne, Germany followed by joining the famous brewing college VLB institute in Berlin, Germany, where I graduated with a Diploma Masterbrewer degree.
I joined Bayern Brewing in 2002, located in Missoula, MT and one of the oldest craft breweries in the country, right after. I am responsible for the brewing process, packaging and supply chain management.
