Doug Wilson is the Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest & Eastern Canada at S. S. Steiner. Prior to joining S. S. Steiner in June of 2015 he was the Regional Sales Manager for Malteurop North America. Before Doug joined the professional brewing industry he spent 10 years in finance as VP of Equity Research at Cohen & Steers Capital Management in New York and Seattle, and as an equity analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments.
He began his professional brewing career in 2010 as the head brewer for Emmett’s Brewing Company in the suburbs of Chicago where he won a silver medal at the GABF in the Munich Helles category in 2011. Doug earned his B.A. at the University of Notre Dame and completed coursework for the International Diploma in Brewing Technology at Siebel/World Brewing Academy in Chicago and Munich. Doug lives in Woodstock, IL with his wife and two young children.
