I've been a food quality professional for more than four years;three of those working in mid to large scale craft breweries. My educational background is in food science and biotechnology. I began my brewing science career working in the quality assurance lab at Troeg's Brewing Company, an award winning brewery in Hershey PA, where I worked for 2.5 years before leaving to pursue an opportunity to work in the state of the art quality assurance lab at Sierra Nevada Brewing Company's new facility in Mills River NC.
