District Philadelphia's
Annual Golf Outing

Once again District Philadelphia, with help from generous sponsors, will be hosting the Annual Golf Outing at the Mountain Valley Golf Course in Barnesville, PA!

As always the event is open to all MBAA members and non-members. That means you can and SHOULD bring your friends and family!

Not a golfer?!  No problem. You can come hang out, or (even better) volunteer! We always appreciate the extra hands and spectators!

And there will be PRIZES! Hole-in-one, closest to the pin, pot-o-gold, longest drive, and.... the BIG raffle drawings.  Soooo many prizes...

This is an event that EVERYONE can attend

- you do not need to be a golfer to come enjoy the day-

If you aren't a great golfer, fear not!!! We do best ball for the round so your other foursome members have you covered!

You can also just come and hang out for the event, or better yet, VOLUNTEER!  We are always looking for extra help with driving the beer carts, volunteering at the different prize holes, etc. 

We just want to see your face!

Cost to Attend:

Looking to Golf?  $100 to register as a Golfer!

Golfer Registration gets you:

Greens Fee/Cart

Unlimited adult refreshments

Lunch served at 11AM

Dinner and outdoor socializing in the pavilion after golfing!

Not a Golfer?  It's only $35 for helping hands & spectators to join in on the fun!

Non-Golfer Registration gets you:

Unlimited adult refreshments

Lunch served at 11AM

Dinner and outdoor socializing in the pavilion after golfing!

*Just a friendly reminder, the outing will be held rain or shine.  There are no refunds*

In the event of bad weather, the course will try to accommodate an alternate date (or vouchers) for GOLF ONLY.

You can register just yourself, you and a friend, an entire foursome, heck, register your whole company!  The more the merrier we say.

Only $100 to sponsor one of the eighteen holes and get your company in front of everyone!

Sponsor logo will appear on website and presentation, verbal thanking announcement at the meeting and sponsor can post company’s banner at the tee.

You can sponsor lunch, dinner or the huge television prize!!! There are... 3 Sponsorship openings, 1 for lunch, 1 for dinner & 1 for the huge television prize at $500 each.

Lunch, Dinner and the Huge Television Prize sponsors can bring a pop up banner to be placed visibly throughout registration, lunch, and dinner; placement of a large logo in the golf outing program that all attendees receive; verbal thank you during announcements.
