Chasing Flavor with Danny Bechthold
I will give a brief description of our malting and distilling process. My main focus will be how we have chosen to leave a high yield behind in search of more flavor. I will talk about how we are able in better influence the flavor profile of our whiskey by malting our own grains in house.
