WORKSHOP A two-part Microbiology and Lab Techniques Workshop will be held on Friday morning and Saturday afternoon at the Double Tree hotel, presented by Dr. Gudrun Vogeser, coordinator of the European Brewery Convention microbiology working group and founder of PIKA Weihenstephan, a German company specializing in brewery and beverage microbiology.
