District Northern California Technical Workshop and Business Meeting

When:  Nov 13, 2016 from 13:00 to 19:30 (PT)
Associated with  District Northern California

District Northern California MBAA is partnering with the California Craft Brewers Association for our next meeting. Prior to the start of the CCBA Fall Conference, District Northern California will host a technical seminar focusing on Fermentation and Cellar Operations. There are 4 planned presenters presenting topics covering traditional and alternative fermentations, a case study solving lagging fermentations, dry hopping, and malting barley influence on fermentations. Prior to the start of the seminar, the District will meet and conduct its business meeting. Following the end of the seminar, there will be a break before the Opening Reception begins at Faction.

The cost of this meeting is $20 for all members. The cost includes dinner and beer at the Opening Reception. If you register to attend the entire CCBA Fall Conference, the cost of the MBAA seminar is included. The CCBA is handling registration for this seminar since the seminar is included in the conference registration price. The registration link provided is the only method for MBAA members to register for this event. If you are also a CCBA member, please contact the CCBA offices at (916) 228-4260 or laurie@californiacraftbeer.com to receive your CCBA member discount and registration code.

The District Officers feel this collaboration with CCBA will enlighten new brewers to the benefits and community of the MBAA. Please plan to come, raise a pint with fellow brewers, listen to some interesting presentations, and participate in the MBAA community.
