I am currently the Quality Lab Manager for Creature Comforts Brewing Co., where I manage analytical, microbiological, packaging, and sensory testing as part of a team of five scientists at the Southern Mill Production facility in Athens, GA. I have over 14 years of experience in brewing quality control testing and have been an active member of several industry professional groups over my career, giving presentations at both the local and national levels on topics ranging from Diastaticus yeast detection media to nutritional testing. Since then, I have continued to spread the good word of microbiology and help produce world class beer and other beverages in an ever-evolving alcohol industry.
