By popular demand, we will be bringing in Ashton Lewis to give his talk, titled "A Practical Brewer's View of pH."
Ashton Lewis joined RahrBSG, headquartered in Shakopee, Minnesota, in December 2016 and currently serves as Technical Product Manager. Prior to joining RahrBSG, he was the master brewer at Springfield Brewing Company in Springfield, Missouri, from 1997 to 2019. For the past 30 years, Ashton has been the technical editor for Brew Your Own magazine and the author of its long-running "Help Me, Mr. Wizard" column. He holds a B.S. in Food Science from Virginia Tech (1991) and an M.S. in Food/Brewing Science from the University of California, Davis (1994). Ashton also serves as the Technical Chair for the Master Brewers Association of the Americas District Great Plains.
Meeting Sponsorship Policy
Any member may choose to sponsor a meeting by selecting their sponsorship level during registration. The levels and their associated costs will be detailed in the event description. The District Board reserves the right to limit or censor any sponsored content as needed. Sponsorships are voluntary and completely refundable. Meeting sponsorships do not represent an endorsement from the MBAA.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Master Brewers reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any Master Brewers sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in Master Brewers. Any course of action recommended by Master Brewers is final.
