    Hey all,

    I'll be coming into some German Stitchfass casks later on this year.  Does anyone have any written SOP for cleaning, lining, tapping them?  Will be learning on the fly and was wondering if anyone can share some wisdom

    We use those kegs with Bayrischem Anstich for special events and would be more than happy to share our procedures with you.
