  • 1.  Wild Yeast - Incubation Temperature

    Hello everyone,

    What temperature you are incubating your wild yeast agar plates at? I have seen a few different methods out there and just wondered what the majority were doing.

    Incubation temperatures can vary depending on the type of media you are utilizing.  Which selective/differential media are you using?  If you are using LMDA we recommend incubating around 32-34C and if you are using LCSM we recommend incubating around 37C, although 37C will also work just fine for LMDA.
