Good Morning!
We are soon losing our Comac keg line, and in advance of its removal we have caustic and acid-cleaned, steam sanitized and pressurized a number of kegs to last us until we set up our new keg line later this year.
How long would these kegs be considered sanitized, as long as they are still holding positive CO2 pressure?
If anyone has been in a similar situation, please advise.
