Hi Thomas,
I'm not familiar with that control system but a few things you can try that might help narrow down the issue....
- Wire the "bad" transmitter over to FV#3 that is working, does the signal now work or does the problem move?
- Wire FV#3 over to FV #2 inputs, does it now read correctly?
- Wire a temperature sensor directly at the display, that would reduce the chance of any stray voltage signals or shorts.
Both would possibly narrow down if its in the wiring or the actual control display board itself. I high value like that makes me think the display is driving high as a default value because its not getting a signal from your temperature sensor.
