    A friend contacted me asking about third party micro testing for a pasteurized non-alcoholic beverage. He is looking for a lab that can run screening for typical spoilers and pathogens. Does anyone have suggestions?

    I recently sent samples of a similar ilk to White Labs and they got results back PDQ

    Sorry to be late to chime in.  I haven't used Eurofins for it but am aware from past work that they have extensive beverage micro testing capabilities.  They also have process authority-credentialed folks that can advise on test methods with respect to beverage type.     Hi Ashton, Glen Sprouse here.  I have used White Labs and FLAVORMAN both and have gotten very good, prompt results.  I have recommended WHite to clients of mine and they are happy with cost, quality and lead time.
