Thanks to everyone who joined us for a fantastic Spring Meeting! We had great turnout, engaging technical presentations, and meaningful conversations around brewing, quality, and community.

🔧 Business Meeting Highlights:

• Secretary's Report (by President Kris Scholl): January minutes approved as distributed.

• Treasurer's Report (Nick Erickson): Q1 near break-even; $300+ interest earned YTD on scholarship funds

  • Total assets: $43,330

  • $849 awarded in scholarships so far

• BOG Report (Bob Griesedieck):

  • National membership down ~40%

  • Strategic focus on CIBD-aligned content, hybrid courses, and podcast expansion

• Scholarship Committee (VP Rob Naylor):

  • Can Seaming Short Course pilot in development

  • Scholarships still available! Easy application (500 words or less)

  • Bob Griesedieck was awarded $849 scholarship to attend MBAA Packaging Light course!
    
    

• Membership: Guests welcomed; still seeking a Membership Chair
