Hi all-
We sometimes use a acid blend sanitizer that doubles as a descaler, and have found that it leaves a slight residue that has almost a greasy feel to it. We've only used it on clean and rinsed equipment. It is a blend of Capric acid,Nonanoic acid,Phosphoric acid,Propionic acid,Sulfuric acid. Anybody run into this?
