We are thrilled to announce that the full schedule for the 2026 Master Brewers Conference is now available.

This year's theme, Modern Brewing, Timeless Fundamentals, is packed with world-class technical sessions, industry-leading keynotes, and exclusive networking opportunities designed to build our community and advance the technical standards of our industry.

Here is a quick look at what we have planned:

• Day 1: Thursday, October 22 We kick things off with an Opening Keynote from Jason Perkins (Allagash Brewing Co.), followed by deep dives into liquid hopping, safety campfire sessions, and Brewtech oral presentations. The Trade Show and Poster Hall will officially open, and we will wrap up the evening by connecting with peers at the Bierstub. (Tip: Arrive early to catch the Welcome Happy Hour and Collaboration Beer Launch on Wednesday evening!)
• Day 2: Friday, October 23 A full day dedicated to technical operations, featuring oral presentations on sustainability, yeast propagation, and beyond beer/NABLAB formulation. We will gather for the State of the Industry address with Bart Watson (Brewers Association) during lunch, and finish the day's sessions with a Closing Keynote on innovation from Barbara Stone (Abstrax Hops).
• Day 3: Saturday, October 24 We are taking our technical education offsite for hands-on learning! Saturday features specialized experiences, including a data utilization workshop at New Realm Brewery and a field trip touring local spots like Sojourn Fermentory and Afterglow Brewing, all culminating in our Conference Farewell Lunch at New Realm.
