Pfaudler is still a working company, though they no longer manufacture brewery equipment. I used to have some glass lined lager tanks that worked surprisingly well. I think that Spoetzle still uses some. If you contact them, they may have some historical documentation that could be helpful. They are now GMM Pfaudler.
As an aside, I would love to see a few photos of the old Lauter Tun.

Could you please list the parts you're looking for? There are various places to get these things since these vessels are no longer manufactured. Also, a lot of the equipment in the old Pfaudlers were actually from different manufacturers (ex. pop-up valves and rakes were historically Huppmann which is now GEA, and the vessel came from Pfaudler or ACME).
