Hello everyone
for years and years we have been using 180-F water to sanitize our packaging lines.
but now we are looking into efficiency gains wherever we can get them and shutting down the boiler for a few packaging days seems like it may make a big impact.
does anyone have any recommendations on sanitizing packaging lines?
we already use PAA to sanitize tanks and I'm curious if anyone can give me ideas on the best methods as well as potential risks over my tried and true 180-F for 15 minutes.
