Master Brewers seeks an experienced Course Director with 5+ years in brewery and packaging to lead our comprehensive Packaging Course. In this role, you'll oversee everything from recruiting and coordinating expert speakers for both virtual and in-person sessions to facilitating engaging course activities and troubleshooting issues in real time. You'll work closely with staff to develop and build the course structure and content, ensuring that all elements align with our learning objectives. Additionally, you'll collaborate with presenters, manage on-site logistics, and gather post-course feedback to drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills-as well as proficiency with virtual learning platforms-are essential for success.
