Anheuser-Busch's Pilot Brewery purchased a HCBS-25M PSA nitrogen generator from Holtec Gas Systems that is being installed this week. If you want to visit the pilot brewery and see the nitrogen generator and learn how it works before the MBAA meeting, please let me know so we can get you registered with A-B. We plan to meet in the main lobby at 3 PM 1/16/2025.
Many brewers use nitrogen in place of CO2 or nitrogen mixed with CO2 to cut cost and to be more sustainable. Nitrogen is more environmentally friendly as well.
