we are beginning to build our own outbound orders to wholesalers directly out of our ciderhouse. this will require a warehouse operator to build a lot of mixed pallet shipments for our wholesalers. my biggest concern is the amount of full 1/2 barrels that will need to be moved pallet to pallet when building these orders. we use a schmalz keg lifter on our keg line but for this task, it's unlikely that we will be able to use something stationary like that. we most likely need something mobile. what have you found to be successful at your brewery moving full kegs around?
