We are excited to reignite activity in District New York! Following are some deets on our first event...
WHAT: April Shop Talk - an informal open forum to discuss and share brewery process practices with a healthy focus on yeast management. Got an ingredient or process-related question on your mind? Bring it to discuss with your peers!
WHEN: Friday, April 21st, 2023. 6pm-9pm (open forum panel at 7)

COST: FREE for all MBAA Members in good standing, $15 for non-members
It is our hope that through a series of less formal events like this Shop Talk, we will both get to know the makeup of our district and also gauge what technical topics we will focus on for future meetings and more in depth technical events/conferences.
