  • 1.  MBAA Miami Meeting 2023

    Posted 05-24-2023 13:22

You are cordially invited to join us for an exciting event on June 10th in Miami, where you will learn about the latest innovations in brewing science and technology. We are thrilled to have speakers from Omega Yeast, Yakima Hops, and Sapwood Cellars, who will share their insights and expertise on thiolized yeast strains and hops. Thiolized yeast strains are engineered to biotransform the thiol precursors found in malt, hops, and grape-derived products into free thiols, which are highly impactful aromatic compounds that can evoke intense tropical, citrus character reminiscent of juicy passion fruit, pink guava, and freshly zested grapefruit peel. This event will be a great opportunity to network with other brewers, taste some amazing beers made with thiolized yeast strains, and get inspired by the possibilities of this fresh approach to recipe design. Don't miss this chance to discover how you can brew bolder, more tropical beers with thiolized yeast strains and hops. We can't wait to see you there!
