    A practical, experience-driven session on filling and can seaming-key takeaways from years of troubleshooting seam integrity, the critical parameters that matter (setup, roll profiles, lifter pressure, seam height/width, tightness/wrinkling), and day-to-day best practices for seaming operations-paired with university-led insights on malted rice as a brewing ingredient, including industrial production perspectives, malting and brewing qualities across cultivars, and implications for flavor, foam, fermentation, and brewhouse efficiency.
