Hey Forumites,
I'm going through an exercise to make sure our Maintenance and Facilities budget is right-sized for our assets, production volume and revenue. I've found some general benchmarks in manufacturing and wondering if you all had some more brewery-specific (or not) metrics you were basing your budget on. % of replacement asset value is one I've seen. $/bbl produced? Others?
