Join us and our hosts Twin Elephant for a technical malt panel and discussion with Mike Killelea from Briess. Aiming to go beyond a typical malt class, we'll cover more technical topics like understanding a malt COA, getting the most out of your mash, and mashing techniques. Bring your technical and process questions!
