    Good Morning Everyone,

    There are just two weeks left before Iron Hill Brewery ships World Beer Cup samples out west, to Denver, CO.

    Many of you have already responded to my emails, letting me know you will have samples to ship. Invoices will be sent out by the end of this week. If you have not yet responded, or know of another brewery who would like to participate, please let me know before the end of the month of February. Thank you.

    Iron Hill Brewery will take samples up until Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 5:00 PM, at our Production Brewery located at 260 Eagleview Boulevard, Exton, PA 19341. Please look below for more details:

    The Details:

    • Please bring your beer to the Iron Hill Brewery Production Facility between Monday, March 13th and Wednesday, March 15th, between 9am and 5pm.  Iron Hill Brewery's Production Brewery Is located at:

    260 Eagleview Boulevard

    Exton, PA 19341

    • Please remember to pack your beer (prior to drop-off) like you would for a UPS or Fedex shipment. Iron Hill Brewery will not pack or re-pack your beer.

    • Please label the outside of your boxes with your brewery name and how many total boxes your brewery has dropped off.  This is in addition to what is required by the BA when shipping your entries (Packaging & Shipping).

    • The cost to ship out beers is based on number entries to the World Beer Cup, and is $35 per entry. Please bring cash or check with you when dropping off your entry.

    • The Brewers Association is requiring the following amounts when submitting:

      • Standard Categories (Bottles or Cans):
        • 10.9oz. (322mls) or less: 10 bottles/cans per entry
        • 11oz. (323mls) to 19.9oz. (588mls): 8 bottles/cans per entry
        • 20oz. (589mls) or more: 5 bottles/cans/crowlers per entry

      • Larger Categories (Bottles or Cans):
        • 19.9oz. (588mls) or less: 12 bottles/cans per entry
        • 20oz. (589mls) or more: 8 bottles/cans/growlers/crowlers per entry

    • You MUST show up at Iron Hill Brewery Headquarters with money or check for the cost of shipping your samples.

    • Please bring a check with your beer made out to Iron Hill Brewery for the correct amount ($35 x your number entries to the World Beer Cup you are shipping with Iron Hill Brewery).

    • If you need an invoice, let me know BEFORE you arrive.

    All entries dropped off for shipping will be stored cold, overnight, packed, and wrapped in the morning. It will be shipped via refrigerated freight to Denver on Thursday, March 16th.

    Please confirm your participation, by Wednesday, March 1, 2023, by sending an e-mail to me, Andrew Johnston (AndrewJ@ironhillbrewery.com). If you would like an invoice PRIOR to dropping off samples, please add this to your request to participate. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me as well.

    Also, if you feel I missed anyone on this email, please feel free to forward it to them.  We are always happy to add more breweries and support the local craft beer scene.
