Hi Luther,
Depending on what you are looking to do and how proficient you are with Excel/Sheets/etc, you can build out a very versatile document that can be as complicated or simple as you would like. I created a brew sheet that is tied into several other inventory sheets (malt, hops, yeast, misc ingredients). Those inventory sheets contain COA data for their respective ingredients, and the brew sheet will pull that info, apply it, and calculate it out. What you are doing certainly doesn't have to be that complicated, but you can start small and go from there. My advice would be to come up with an idea of the format you are looking for and start building from there. If there is anything else I could help with, let me know!

Subject: How to write a good recipe/formula/specification document?
Can anyone recommend resources to help me write a great recipe document? Our beer is non-barley based, so the process is not typical, and we are contract brewing only, so the document has to be thorough but not overly complicated. My commercial brewing experience is limited.
Thanks for your help!
