Need your recommend for the above subject.
My Brewery begin develop new product recently called Energy drink with filling the product with the 250ml Aluminum can by pasterized product after filling with CO2 content 0.2% but after exit from Pasterizer, the can are very soft due to low CO2 content leading to low pressure in can!
Therefore would suggest any instruction how many % CO2 should dosing into 250ml energy drink can to avoid Nosing/peaking Can in Pasterizer within 3 Pasteurized zone at temperature 72 oC.
