We recently purchased a Cbox to monitor our DO numbers on our 4 fill head Wild Goose can filler.  We are continuing to see DO pickup increasing throughout our can run in the filler regardless of recipe adjustments. All of the fill head O rings have been replaced, as well as the solenoid associated with the CO2 purge, and all the hoses going to the manifold.    We've even tried not using the low flow set screw at all.  We've taken DO readings at the line throughout the run to ensure we are not getting any pickup between the BT and the filler.  Does anyone have any suggestions or decent settings to start with that have worked for 12 oz cans other than the manufacture recommendations?

Here's a few questions I would ask...

1. How frequently are you checking can DO?
   1. Are you taking unshaken and shaken DO readings to see how much pickup is from the headspace?
2. Have you verified that cans running through the rinse tunnel are draining well?
   1. This would be my biggest concern. You are going to see a higher DO reading as the beer volume decreases and the residual rinse water volume remains the same.
3. Can you manually acuate the CO2 purge to verify that gas is venting into the cans?
4. Are there any leaks present in line between the filler manifold and fill heads?
