Hello Forum,
We are looking into producing a hard tea using the same base that we use for our hard seltzers. I would like something I can mix into the seltzer base in the brite tank as we do with our seltzers. I have seen some tea powders and tea concentrates available from food service providers but they don't necessarily appear to be incredibly economical options based on recommended use rate. I'm curious if anyone out there is producing a hard tea and in what form are you adding your tea and where are you sourcing it? Any information you could provide would be appreciated!
