Ask The Brewmasters

Hello,

We recently purchased a Good Nature CBP-300 pasteurizer off the used market. Upon powering up the unit we noticed that all the settings had been wiped out (hold times, temps, pump speeds, etc.) Would anyone be willing to share their system settings with us as a baseline/jumping off point for us use? Good Nature has not been very helpful in getting back to us thus far. Thanks everyone.
