Hi everyone. We're in the process of re-tooling and enhancing our Food Safety and GMP programs and were wondering if anyone knew of any brewing industry experts or consultants that might be able to help our small team identify and prioritize where we need to go. Our Senior Management Brewing Managers are well versed in Food Safety protocol but we could use a little bandwidth in developing the priorities for the administrative plan for our program.
