    Hi everyone. We're in the process of re-tooling and enhancing our Food Safety and GMP programs and were wondering if anyone knew of any brewing industry experts or consultants that might be able to help our small team identify and prioritize where we need to go. Our Senior Management Brewing Managers are well versed in Food Safety protocol but we could use a little bandwidth in developing the priorities for the administrative plan for our program.

    Hi Mitch,

     

    I recommend Terri Danielson of NW Food Solutions. She and her business partner come out of the food processing and beverage industry (Terri was my QA manager at the BridgePort Brewery and R&D Director at Tazo Teas) and they have worked with a couple of breweries and Kombucha companies out here on the west coast.     We implemented Food Safety and GMP programs in our lab with the help of highly useful resources by MBAA and Brewers Association in their websites.
