BREWING WITH FRUIT: a sweet panel with not so dry people
WHAT: "Shop Talk" with MBAA District NY - an open forum to discuss real world brewery approaches to pertinent beer brewing topics. This month: BREWING WITH FRUIT. Please join us for an open discussion of processes and approaches to brewing with fruit featuring a panel of experienced peers. We'll talk everything from using purées to carbonic maceration of whole fruits and more.
WHEN: Monday, April 29th, 2024. 6pm-9pm (open forum panel at 7ish)
