Join us this Thursday June 29, 2023 at Noon Whistle Brewing's Naperville location for the next MBAA District Northern Illinois SHOP TALK, an event that brings together MBAA members and non-members in a casual setting to talk about brewing & beer-related issues.
For this event, Keith Lemcke of Siebel Institute of Technology will be on hand to conduct a brief presentation on the Siebel Sensory Station concept, which makes conducting sensory training fast, fun and effective for breweries of any size. Along with the presentation, we will be setting up a Sensory Station featuring a half-dozen sensory training compounds for participants to sample, with MBAA members on hand to talk about the nature of the compounds being sampled.

Coming from Chicago? Take the train! The BNSF line from downtown Chicago drops off at the Route 59 station just 1.4 miles from Noon Whistle.
