This is a friendly reminder to make your plans early for our Spring Meeting next month in Dallas and call for sponsorships. Funds raised at our meetings go to our District Texas Scholarship fund which in turn educates and elevates brewers in Texas (and Louisiana and Oklahoma!). As always, table displays for our trade show are available at the link below along with sponsorships for coffee service, Bloody Mary Bar, Saturday evening cocktails and Beer for dinner.
This year's presentations dovetail together:
--Morning Session: Rob Green and Mara Young from Community Cultures Yeast Lab co-presenting on Yeast Handling Best Practices followed by a project they did with Vista Brewing harvesting yeast from a bee with successful results for brewing
--Afternoon Session: Keith Seiz from the Texas Honey Board with a talk on brewing with honey along with samples of honey and honey beers.

The Spring Meeting will be held in the Dallas area this year. The conference will be at the Holiday Inn Dallas – Richardson, and the Saturday evening dinner will be hosted at Lakewood Brewing in Garland.
