Its rather varied based on raw material and design. I would need a little more info.
Fruit or Grain?
Is cooling tower blow down included/mixed with the Slop?
Are solids distilled or separated before the Stills?
-Yeast
-Grain
Is the Slop recycled to the next Mash?
I'v actually been to a few Zero (liquid) discharge distilleries.
