There is a great Health and Safety conference coming up in Bend on Sep 15-16 that is low cost for high value training. While the conference is not specifically centered around brewing, there are a lot of applicable courses offered for technical type trainings (ex, fall protection, respiratory protection, etc.), soft skills (safety committee/leadership courses), and even HR topics (impairment in the workplace).

I've been attending this annual conference for more than 10 years at this point, and it's a good use of $120-240 dollars (1 or 2 day registration cost). The speakers are of high quality, the exhibit hall has a lot of different tools and vendors to check out, and lunch is even included. This conference has been going for a couple decades at this point, as a collaboration between private businesses in Central Oregon and Oregon OSHA.
Additionally, I volunteer on the planning committee so if anyone has questions I'd be happy to help answer them, or at least direct you towards someone who would know the answer.
