Hi Todd
If you want your beer to stand time and age, I would cork and wax dip them but it also depends on your product your bottling and the look you want to achieve.
We just completed a small batch of these bottles, we did both with cork n cage and some with cork and crown.
Both went without a hitch, the corks we used were 25mm diameter corks, they are a dense cork designed for these bottles.
On a side note (not sure on your quantity your looking for) these are expensive bottles if you wanting to buy a pallet load, they can be found for ~$0.88 cents each by the pallet.
Once we worked out our seating depth, (for the cork and cage) it went really well and we opted to stick with that method as it suited our product we were bottling and the feel we wanted to create with this Brand.
A friend who owns another Brewery in town that specializes in Barrel aged and blended products uses only these bottles and corks, I had the chance to pick his brain before to ensure I had all the facts and are glad to help in any way if needed.

I've personally not used corks on this specific bottle, but I did use cork and cage for a 750ml bottle with the same top finish and never had any issues. It has been some time, but I believe we were using what was called a "reference beer cork" which I believe is the same as a standard Belgian cork. Either way I'm sure these bottles will be fine for that application.

Hi Brewers,
I've filled these bottles with beer and used crowns, but I'm looking to see if anyone has corked and caged these.
16.9 oz. (500 ml) Amber Glass Sparkling Beer Bottles, Pry-Off Crown & Cork, 26-3150, 12/cs
I've asked suppliers and they suggested not corking them. I can always do a test run on them with Belgian beer corks but looking to see if anyone has experience with these before I buy materials.
Cheers,
