Hi Fellow Brewers

What is the preferred final beer clarification method in a 10 barrel brewery? Do you prefer plate and frame filters, pressure leaf filters, lenticular or just Biofine if a reasonable level of clarity is required?

We're 10 bbl and we just use Biofine.  I suspect others of the same size would say the same.  We're too small to get a reasonable ROI on a centrifuge unless you're making a lot of heavily dry-hopped IPAs.  I don't know many brewers still using filters due to difficulty in use and DO pick-up relative to using a centrifuge.
