    Can bottling lines have reached speeds of more than 140K cph. The efficiency of these lines with many presentation changes is a challenge. How to improve efficiency with this type of lines?

    Allan,

    I believe you are referring to can size conversions and change over times on the filler/seamer?  I can only speak to the can seamer conversions, but there are a few ways to make the conversions faster and more standardized.

     

    Are you running Angelus 181S or the Ferrum F18?  (I've been to your Monterrey plant with the 180S)

     

    It's a more complex matter than can be explained in this thread.
