Ask The Brewmasters

Hello all, I would like some help see how anyone using a Brewsky 100 carton machine has there magazine tabs and guides set up. I've been having and issue with some cartons not opening correctly. I do understand that this does happen on occasion in the packaging world. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information please let me know. Thank you.

I can't speak on the 100 but we run a DMM CTC-40 and a DMM B-200. Our 200 is basically just for trays. I've found the flight setup to be very important in the CTC-40. Too wide the carton angles when open as the sides aren't supported properly, too narrow and it won't open properly. Sorry I don't have set up numbers for the 100.
