You should be fine with any conductivity sensor in which you can adjust the sensitivity (change resistance) to ensure you catch foam not wort either via a selector switch or in the controls. At a previous brewery we installed an Anderson Negele NVS-345 which can be cut to length and has 3-4 sensitivity settings. On our 50bbl brewhouse at pFriem we have an Endress & Hauser unit that is about 12" long. Lastly, I am installing an IFM LMT104 in our 15bbl brewhouse but cannot comment on how well it works though it was recommended by peers. Just wanted to illustrate that there are a lot of options out there and even if you can't find one of those three in Korea I imagine your distributor can use that intel to find a suitable matching part.
Some systems will use kettle volume to control steam and cut steam at an over volume point. There was a good presentation by Goose Island on issues with that type of set up and I prefer to have the fail safe be on its own control loop.

We don't have this unit available in Korea (where we are located). What other units would you consider acceptable?
