I was wondering if there are any breweries using blended gas (CO2/Nitrogen) to package their products and if there are any pros or cons of doing so? I do understand that cost would probably would be one of the top cons so please take that off the list. Also when I say packaging, I mean mainly using it to supply a can/bottling line but would be interested in the possibility of kegging as well. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
