    Hi everyone,

    Not sure this is appropriate to post here, but I have been trying to reach Anton Paar (US) for the last two weeks - I have emailed 4 separate contacts I have there, along with calling the US number and then the regional number (attached with each person's email signature). Both phonelines go immediately to a "this person is not accepting calls at this time" message and the contact submission form on the site is down... 

    Anyone know if I am missing something here? I need some replacement parts asap.

    I spoke with sales rep last week and he mentioned they were having a cyber attack that took their website down. Maybe it did some damage to their communication system?

    I know that I was recently trying to email them and their system was sending all of my communications to spam, so nothing sent to the service.us.east email address was getting through. I finally managed to call and spoke to a receptionist that was able to assist me.

    They were hacked but are available to customers again!
