Ask The Brewmasters

Hey all,

We run an Andritz CA-71 separator and looking to build a network of other breweries running these or similar units. We've had good success with it and plan to continue running it for the foreseeable future. As our production pushes upwards of 40k bbl/year, we know we are running it hard and want to ensure it stays in optimal working condition. With Andritz spinning off the separator line to Frautech a few years back, the U.S. based technical support is limited. We have contracted with Spin Clear LLC for parts and major service and have been happy with that relationship, but see a need for a bigger pool of resources.

Speaking with some colleagues at Drake's Brewing (also running a CA-71) we thought it would be valuable to build a network of Andrtiz users to share their experience, help with troubleshooting and optimization, and even swap spare parts in a pinch. We've built valuable relationships with other breweries using similar brewing and packaging equipment and want to fill the gap in the separator area.
