Dr. Nicholas Santantonio - Virginia Tech - Cereal Crops Breeder
Corey Johnson - Foeder Crafters of America - Speaking on foeders, wood aging lagers, etc.
We are also working on a Lager Panel, with round table and discussion, similar to what was done at the Virginia Beer Conference.
