    Good Afternoon Everyone!

    ​It is once again time to begin applying for a District Philadelphia Educational Scholarship.

    District Philadelphia will award three (3) total educational scholarships for the 2023 calendar​ year.  We will be offering one (1) scholarship per available course, of which there are three (3) courses available. The scholarships cover the cost of tuition (recipients will have to pay for their own travel to and from).

    Applicants must chose one (1) of the following two week courses to attend when filing out their application:

    • Virtual: February 24 - April 7, 2023
    • In-Person: April 16 - 21, 2023 (Minneapolis, MN)
    Brewery Maintenance Systems Course taking place...
    • Virtual: June 9 - July 28, 2023 (No class July 3 - 7)
    • In-Person: August 6 - 11, 2023 (Minneapolis, MN)​
    • Virtual: September 29 - November 17, 2023 (No class October 2 - 6 & November 24 - 26)
    • In-Person: November 26 - December 1, 2023 (Minneapolis, MN)

    Scholarship Applications are due by Sunday, January 22, 2023

    Members are eligible to apply if they meet the following criteria:

    • Applicant must be a current member of the MBAA. 
    • Applicant must have been a member of the MBAA for a minimum of two (2) consecutive years.
    • Applicant must posses a minimum of two (2) years of professional brewing or allied trade experience.
    • Applicants must complete the application form and obtain the endorsement of two (2) MBAA professional members.
