The Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA) is pleased to invite you to a one-day technical brewing talk on March 20th at the Griffin Claw Clubhouse, located at 2265 Crooks Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
The session will begin at 11:00 AM . For the technical talks, we'll learn about mashing using a mash filter and small-scale brewery sustainability from Jake and Pat of Griffin Claw Brewing. Special guest Campbell Morrissy, Brewery Production Manager at pFriem Family Brewers will talk about using Nitrogen generation as a replacement for CO2 usage.
